Help Me Decide is a free service offered through MyBSWHealth. If you have insurance, your standard insurance benefits apply once you are guided to either virtual or in-person care.

24/7 hours to fit your life

Help Me Decide is a 24/7 service that combines automated responses with live chat support from nurses. If you need to book an appointment with a provider, our scheduling teams have daily extended hours to assist you.

Scheduling specialists

Schedule an appointment with a provider based on your health needs.

  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Saturday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Outside of these hours, you will have access to self-scheduling options or can request a response from a scheduling specialist when they are next available.
