What to expect

You can send a message at any time, and your provider or care team will respond within two business days. They may request more information before offering treatment or medical advice. If your provider or care team would prefer to discuss the issue in more detail, they may recommend scheduling an in-person or video visit. However, many questions can be answered without needing to schedule an appointment.

Messaging Your provider on MyBSWHealth

To send a message to your provider:

  1. Open your MyBSWHealth app or log in to your online account.
  2. Open messages.
  3. Select a message type and provider to contact. You can attach photos or documents, such as home blood pressure logs if you’d like.
