Biography
Amir Ahmadian, DO, is double board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He specializes in providing comprehensive pain management treatment options, including medication management, epidural and axial spine injections (cervical to sacral), radiofrequency ablation (cervical to sacral and joints), sympathetic blocks, peripheral joint injections, nerve blocks, peripheral nerve stimulation, and spinal cord stimulation. Dr. Ahmadian’s primary goal as a physician is to individualize each patient's care to meet their unique treatment goals while reducing pain, optimizing function, and improving quality of life. Dr. Ahmadian earned his medical degree from University of North Texas Health Science Center and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at UT Southwestern. He then continued his training in Pain Medicine at UT Health San Antonio. Dr. Ahmadian is proud to be highly engaged in his field through leadership positions in medical societies and the publishing of book chapters and scientific articles. Dr. Ahmadian is currently welcoming new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
