Biography
Dr. Awais Vance is a neurological surgeon, dual board-certified in neurological surgery and radiology. His professional interests within neurosurgery include procedures for complex vascular, endovascular, brain tumor and spine, as well as procedures for functionality and pain. Dr. Vance also treats various conditions, including brain aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, arteriovenous fistulas, cavernomas, trigeminal neuralgia, facial hemispasm, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, pituitary tumors, stroke, carotid disease and chronic pain. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and the Society of Neurological Surgeons. Outside of work, Dr. Vance enjoys spending time with family, including his wife and three small children, ranching, playing tennis and hiking.
