Garrett R. Schwab, MD

Dr. Schwab is board certified in family medicine and received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, OK. He completed his internship and residency at Via Christi Family Medicine Residency in Wichita, KS. He completed a fellowship with the International Family Medicine Fellowship in Wichita and Zambia, Africa, caring for the underserved at Mukinge Mission Hospital. He has special interest in community health, international medicine and working with underserved populations. Dr. Schwab has relocated to South Dallas with his wife, and they have a baby girl and two dogs. Outside of the office, Dr. Schwab enjoys any outdoor activities, including hiking, cycling and going to the lake. He also likes to watch college football. He and his wife are both involved in their church and are excited to get to know their community better.
