Biography
Dr. Idrees Mogri is a board-certified physician, specializing in pulmonary and critical care medicine and neurocritical care. His professional interests include asthma, pulmonary nodules, sarcoidosis, lung cancer and occupational lung diseases. Among Dr. Mogri’s most common procedures are performing lung biopsies and advanced bronchoscopies to help establish a diagnosis. He is passionate about caring for adult patients with complex lung and respiratory diseases. Dr. Mogri is a proud member of the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Chest Physicians and the Society of Critical Care Medicine. He serves as the Medical Director of Respiratory Therapy, Bronchoscopy and PFT Lab at Baylor University Medical Center. He has also authored multiple quality improvement initiatives. Outside of work, Dr. Mogri enjoys spending time with family. He also likes playing tennis and table tennis, swimming, volleyball, reading, gardening and traveling.
