James Fleshman, MD, FACS, FASCRS

James Fleshman, MD, FACS, FASCRS, Fleshman is a board-certified physician, specializing in colon and rectal surgery, with a subspecialty in anorectal disease. He is a proud member of the American Society of Colon and Rectal Surgeons, the American Surgical Association, the Texas Surgical Society, the Southern Surgical Association and the American College of Surgeons, the latter of which he holds multiple leadership roles. Dr. Fleshman also serves as Chair of the Department of Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center, focusing on leadership training for all levels of members. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and traveling with his wife and children to Europe and the western states of the US.
