Matthew David Stephen, MD

Dr. Matthew Stephen is a board-certified Pediatrician who focuses on Pediatric Endocrinology, particularly diabetes and hormone concerns. He became interested in medicine after being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at eight years old. Dr. Stephen is dedicated to providing quality care for patients from newborns to teenagers and working with families to ensure their children's best future.


He is passionate about educating the next generation of providers and continually improving his practice. He is a member of the Endocrine Society and the Pediatric Endocrine Society.

Dr. Stephen enjoys family activities in his free time, attending Texas A&M football games with his son, dining with his wife and daughter, and visiting theme parks like Disney World and Universal Studios. He also co-teaches a Bible class at his church and has written a history of his local church.
