Nicholas Adam Douville, MD

Dr. Douville is a board-certified family medicine physician with fellowship training in sports medicine. He has an interest in the care of concussions, including return to play regimens. He also has an interest in the diagnosis and treatment of a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions in both the athlete and non-athlete populations. Dr. Douville takes a multidisciplinary approach in the management of his patients' health concerns. He uses both ultrasound and X-ray as diagnostic and visualization tools in his practice. He emphasizes non-operative treatment options, including medication management, physical/occupational/vestibular therapy and a wide variety of injections/procedural interventions to help relieve pain and increase function.


In his spare time, Dr. Douville enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid Dallas sports fan and participates in various recreational leagues to maintain an active lifestyle. He, his wife and two girls enjoy many outdoor activities, including camping, hiking and lake days.

Dr. Douville provided sports medicine court coverage during the 2025 Women’s USA Volleyball Tournament in Arlington, Texas. This tournament hosted team USA, Canada, China, Dominican Republic Germany and Thailand.
