Sridevi Mukkamala, MD

Sridevi Mukkamala, MD is board certified in several specialties, including Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Brain Injury Medicine, Spinal Cord Medicine and Electrodiagnostic Medicine. She is fellowship-trained in Spinal cord injury medicine and holds a special interest in neuro-rehabilitation, brain injury rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, electrodiagnostic evaluation, and spasticity management. Dr Mukkamala is available for consult service as well. In addition to seeing patients, she serves as the Medical Director for Outpatient Services at Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation. Dr. Mukkamala's procedural skills include but are not limited to spasticity management with botulinum toxin inj, baclofen pump refills, wound debridement, electro-diagnostic testing, selected intra-articular injections, fascia/tendonitis/bursitis injections, trigger point injection, selected nerve blocks, and independent medical evaluations. Dr. Mukkamala enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
