Every month at Walk with a Doc, you get more than just exercise. You get answers, advice and companionship from Baylor Scott & White health experts, all while enjoying the great outdoors.
Each walk kicks off with a brief chat from one of our healthcare professionals. They share valuable health tips and insights, ranging from how to avoid heat stroke to managing allergies to improving mental well-being.
From there, we’ll embark on a gentle one- to two-mile walk. It’s the perfect chance to enjoy some fresh air and talk directly with a healthcare provider. Ask questions or seek advice—it’s your time to connect and learn.
